Weekends & U.S. holidays

We handle requests in the order received. If an issue is complex, we’ll update you every 48 hours until it’s resolved.


3. Data Privacy & Confidentiality

When you contact support, we may ask for limited personal or project information to verify your identity and solve the issue.

We log conversations for training and quality assurance.

All data is handled under our Privacy Policy and applicable laws (Colorado Privacy Act, CCPA, GDPR where relevant).

Please do not email highly sensitive data (e.g., Social Security numbers, credit-card details).


4. Accessibility Commitment

Ideas at Dawn follows WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines and welcomes feedback from users with disabilities. Contact us by phone, text, or email, and we will provide information in the format you need.


5. Limitation of Support

Support staff can answer questions about Ideas at Dawn products and general best practices, but we do not provide:

Legal, tax, or engineering advice

Custom IT troubleshooting outside our platform

Guaranteed outcomes or earnings projections (see our Earnings Disclaimer)


6. Responsible Disclosure (Security)

Found a vulnerability? Email [email protected] with:

A clear, numbered description

Proof-of-concept or screenshot

Steps to reproduce

We commit to acknowledge reports within 48 hours and will not pursue legal action against good-faith research that follows these guidelines.


7. Escalation

If an issue remains unresolved after five business days:

Reply to the original ticket with “Please escalate” in the subject line.

Your request will be reviewed by a senior manager within one additional business day.
