1. Agreement to These Terms

Pricing. Prices (and any promotions) are shown on the Site. We may correct errors or change prices at any time before you place an order.

5. Refunds, Cancellations & Credits

These Terms are governed by Colorado and U.S. federal law without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in state or federal courts located in Denver, Colorado, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction.

By using the Site, you agree we may send you notices electronically (e.g., by email or posting on the Site). You may opt out of marketing emails at any time.

17. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms (plus any additional policies referenced here) are the entire agreement between you and Ideas at Dawn regarding the Site and Services.
